Pilates Denver™ was founded and opened in 2001 and has grown to be one of the most highly respected and renowned Pilates studios in the Denver Metro Area.

The studio strives on offering the highest quality instruction and service with personalized attention by its’ certified, educated and attentive staff of professionals. The studio is clean, bright and well maintained and offers a variety of amenities.

At Pilates Denver™, we are professionals teaching in a positive environment offering the opportunity to help one feel their best, further their fitness goals and educate through healthy exercise.

EXTENSIVE SERVICE

Services at Pilates Denver™ include Private, Semi-Private/Duet and Trio Pilates sessions and small Group Equipment Classes. Also offered in our Movement Studio is a full schedule of Pilates Mat, Yoga and Barre classes.

Clients at Pilates Denver™ may individually choose which type or types of services they would like to partake in and our staff is always available to assist with advice. We truly understand and respect each individual’s needs, desires and abilities.

We are open Monday - Friday, 6 a.m. - 8 p.m., Saturdays, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.

All Sessions and Classes are approximately one hour unless otherwise indicated.

Class sizes are limited.
Class schedule is subject to change.
All sessions, classes and packages expire 6 months from date of purchase.
Premium may apply for Senior Level Instructor for sessions.
All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Introductory Packages available to New Clients
24 Hour Cancellation Policy; 24 hour notice required for all cancellations on sessions and classes; services cancelled 24 hours or less will be charged the total service cost (exception - Monthly Unlimited Classes - see contract policy).
